These terms cover the Tabzooka Chrome extension, tabzooka.com and anything you buy for the game. By using Tabzooka you agree to them.
The game
Tabzooka changes web pages only visually, only in your own tab, and only while the game is running. It doesn’t change the website itself, and nobody else sees what you do. When you close the game, the page is put back the way it was.
Play fair. Don’t use Tabzooka to harass people in multiplayer rooms, don’t put offensive names on the leaderboard, and don’t try to break or overload our servers. We can remove leaderboard entries and block access for anyone who does.
What you can buy
- Pro, monthly: $5 a month, renewing each month until you cancel.
- Pro, forever: $30 once.
- Legend heroes: $1 to $4 each, once. Legends are separate from Pro.
These are digital goods that unlock features in the game. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout. Each purchase is tied to the email you pay with; there’s no account. To unlock a purchase, open the Tabzooka popup, type that email and press Restore.
Cancelling
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time. Email support@tabzooka.com from the address you paid with and we’ll stop future charges.
Refunds
If you’re not happy with a purchase, email support@tabzooka.com within 14 days of paying and we’ll refund it. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under your local consumer law.
“Forever”
“Forever” and “owned forever” mean you won’t be charged again for that item. We’ll keep it working for as long as we run Tabzooka.
No warranty
Tabzooka is a game, provided as is. We do our best to keep it working, but some websites may not play well, and multiplayer and the leaderboard can go down. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses from using it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top. Changes don’t apply to purchases made before them.
